The following entries are in this format:

Year/Publican or other Resident/Relationship to Head and or Occupation/Age/Where Born/Source.

My 3 x great grandfather, Allrich Eden, was the publican at 3 Cable Street, Wellclose Square, Whitechapel according to Holden's Triennial London Directory of 1809/1810/1811 (LMA mircofilm). I believe his pub may well have been the Horns & Horseshoe and that it was a pub owned or tenanted by Truman Hanbury Buxton of Brick Lane, Spitalfields. *

About 1818, Allrich Eden was at the sign of the King of Denmark, Number 1 Grace's Alley, Wellclose Square. This was also a Trumans pub and John Wilton built his Music Hall behind Nos 1-4 Grace's Alley in 1858 - it is still there and still operating. *
