Bell, High Street, Buntingford, Hertfordshire

The Bell, in Buntingford High Street  had its stabling barns in Baldock Lane (now in  Baldock Road). It was an important posting inn for travellers between London and Cambridge. The Bell goes back to at least 1545. Now a gift shop. It's haunted! ***
