A Thomas Cook Bedford married a sister of one of my ancestors in 1817. I have found that Thomas was a grandson of Cook Bedford from Benwick Cambs, and from various census I have found that several generations of this Bedford line were owners of the White Hart Pub in Benwick. ***

John & Elizabeth were married in second quarter 1841; and I believe I have found her in the 1841 census where her parents (William & Margaret Cook), run the Plains Public House in Littleport.
